Electrical Test Engineer

Location: Kent, WA 98032

Industry: Aerospace / Manufacturing

Salary: $60-66/hr

Employment Type: Contract through December 2026; potential to convert or extend

Schedule: Day Shift; must have weekend availability

Responsibilities:

Facilitate performance testing, calibration, environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans
Provide support to identify root causes for failures of hardware during development test cycles
Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits
Review and processing of large data sets to identify nonconformances
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
3+ years of hands on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment
Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
Flexibility to support weekend shifts or non-standard hours may be required based on business needs
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production and attendance expectations
