The organization values integrity, accountability, and high standards, providing a workplace where technical expertise and innovative thinking are encouraged and rewarded.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain electrical testing procedures for both production and qualification activities.Design, support, and improve test fixtures, test stations, and automated testing systems.Execute functional, environmental, and diagnostic testing to validate product performance against technical requirements.Investigate electrical failures, perform troubleshooting activities, and support structured root cause analysis efforts.Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications to support testing and validation requirements.Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and testability.Analyze test results and prepare reports, recommendations, and improvement plans based on data trends.Support new product introduction activities through development of validation plans and test strategies.Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Assist with quality management system documentation, audits, and product qualification activities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.2-5+ years of experience in electrical testing, test engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical environment.Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and troubleshooting methodologies.Experience performing insulation resistance testing, hipot testing, and electrical fault diagnosis is highly desirable.Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, insulation testers, and data acquisition systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Experience utilizing root cause analysis methodologies to resolve technical issues.Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar regulated standards is preferred.Exposure to automated testing systems, programming tools, prototyping, or electrical assembly is advantageous.Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What's on OfferOpportunity to work on advanced electrical and electro-mechanical products serving highly technical and regulated industries.Exposure to a wide range of testing technologies, validation methods, and product development initiatives.Collaboration with experienced engineering, manufacturing, and quality professionals on complex technical programs.Involvement in new product introduction and continuous improvement projects that directly influence product quality and performance.Opportunity to expand technical expertise in electrical testing, troubleshooting, automation, and regulated manufacturing environments.Dynamic workplace offering a combination of laboratory, office, and manufacturing-floor exposure.Career development opportunities within a global technology-focused organization committed to innovation and engineering excellence.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
