About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electricians for a new industrial/manufacturing company in Owatonna, MN. In this role, you’ll support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a professional, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy hands-on electrical work, reading blueprints, and working both independently and collaboratively, this direct-hire opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as an Electrician:- Install and repair electrical wiring in industrial or facility settings
- Install conduits and piping for electrical wires and cables
- Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware
- Connect wiring to breakers, panels, and electrical components
- Test electrical systems using meters and diagnostic equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Electrician Role:- 1–3 years of previous related electrical experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and test meters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
