This Electrical Technician role provides support for installing and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities include installing wiring, control panels, electronic devices, and maintaining substations, working from schematic diagrams, and diagnosing electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
Work involves climbing equipment up to 25 feet, using testing devices, and supervising lower-classification electricians.
Minimum requirements include a Wisconsin electrician license or reciprocity proof; out-of-state licenses must be verified. Candidates with additional two years of journeyman experience are preferred.
Work hours are on a rotating 10-hour shift (8 days on, 6 off), with benefits like paid training, time off, medical coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses.
