**Job Title:** **Electrician III (Non-Cleared)**
**Pay Rate:** $ 30.07/hr
**Schedule:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
**Duration:** Full Time
**What You Will Do:**
+ Set up and operate precision test equipment for alignment, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical equipment and systems
+ Utilize standard test equipment including oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers, as well as automated/custom test equipment
+ Follow written procedures and demonstrate proper use of hand tools and measuring devices
+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure products meet tolerance and quality standards
+ Troubleshoot and test repair units to identify and resolve issues
+ Align and adjust advanced electronic components to ensure proper circuit functionality using established calibration procedures
+ Utilize SAP and other MRO systems for documentation and tracking
+ Participate in project teams and support continuous improvement efforts
+ Apply technical expertise in evaluating, maintaining, and improving complex electronic systems and processes
+ Communicate effectively with technicians, engineering, and leadership teams
+ Support production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+ Perform moderate planning and problem-solving to meet operational goals
**Compliance:**
This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40).
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (or equivalent 2-year technical training)
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
+ Electronics background with at least 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or service environment
+ Prior experience troubleshooting electronic equipment
+ Knowledge of electronic maintenance principles and practices
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ AAS degree in Electronics or related field
+ Prior military experience
+ 2+ years of experience in aviation electronic equipment repair or manufacturing
+ Experience reviewing CMM/SB documentation
+ Strong troubleshooting and testing experience

**Pay Details:** $30.07 per hour
