This position involves performing electrical maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting on distribution systems across various military sites.
Primary duties include installing and servicing lighting, panels, outlets, wiring, and specialized equipment, reading circuit diagrams, transferring power sources, constructing lines, and maintaining overhead and underground electrical systems.
Applicants should be at an apprentice level in electrical work, with knowledge of electrical theory, NEC regulations, and safety practices.
Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
No supervisory duties involved.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and complete safety certifications. Strong teamwork, self-motivation, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are essential.
