AtWork Personnel is currently seeking motivated Electrician Apprentices for upcoming short-term opportunities in the Leander area. This position offers steady hours, clean work environments, and the opportunity to continue developing hands-on electrical experience while working on brand-new residential construction projects. Candidates with commercial experience are highly encouraged to apply, as the company is willing to help train on the residential side.
Position:
• Electrician Apprentice – $25–$30/hr
Schedule:
• Monday– Friday
• 7: 30 AM – 4: 00 PM
• 40 hours per week
What You’ ll Do:
• Assist electricians with installations, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
• Support electrical work in brand-new residential homes
• Read and follow electrical layouts and job instructions
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work closely with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• 2– 3 years of electrical experience required
• Commercial electrical experience preferred
• Residential experience is a plus, but training can be provided
• Apprentice-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
• Spanish speakers are welcome — basic English communication and willingness to use Google Translate if needed is acceptable

• Clean and organized job sites — no messy demolition-type work
• Candidates applying as teams of 2 or 3 are highly encouraged, as the client is interested in speaking with small crews as well
