Electrician Apprentice

Hart Electric is a locally family-owned and operated electrical contractor based in Norfolk, serving the greater Hampton Roads area. We've built our name on residential and commercial work done right the first time, and on relationships that last (with our customers and with our crew). This isn't a place where you're a number. What You'll Get:

• $17-$23/hr to start, with raises as you hit milestones and build your skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working alongside experienced electricians on residential and commercial jobs
• Running wire, conduit, and cable, and helping install panels, devices, and fixtures
• Learning to read blueprints and electrical layouts
• Helping diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Treating customers and their homes with respect (we're guests in their space)

Who We're Looking For: You show up on time. You're willing to learn and not too proud to ask questions. You take pride in doing things right, and you're someone a team can count on. If that's you, the experience can come later. We'll teach you the trade.

• Beyond that, here's what you'll need:
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to do physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights, being on your feet)
• A good attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
