This is an experienced role-not entry-level and it is a field position. You'll work independently and lead a small team.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of electrical experience (5+ for senior roles)
• NC Limited License or City of Asheville Journeyman's Card (or equivalent, OR willingness to obtain NC credentials within 6 months)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Physical capability for lifting, bending, climbing, and color differentiation
• Leadership experience for senior roles

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Day Shift | 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime as needed
• $24–$34/hour (based on experience)
