What You'll Do
Electrical & Facilities Work
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify hazards, deficiencies, or code issues
- Renovate and upgrade existing electrical systems to meet code or customer needs
Facilities Maintenance Support
- Execute work under facilities maintenance contracts, including:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC support
- Construction and asphalt work (as assigned)
- Use voltmeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues
- Perform physically demanding tasks using hand and power tools
Communication & Safety
- Clearly communicate findings and repairs to supervisors
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on job scope
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
? Active New Mexico EE-98J Electrical License or Journeyman certification
? Commercial or industrial electrical experience
? Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
? Proficiency with electrical hand tools and testing equipment
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and with a team
? Commitment to safety and compliance
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials and tools
- Ability to work with hand and power tools and pressure washers
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
