Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians on multiples shifts to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate $30 - 43/hr hr depending on experience + applicasble shift premiums
- 1st shift 7:15 am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri)
- 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm - 11:25pm (Mon - Fri)
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
- Flexibility to train on any shift
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
- Shift availability is subject to change
Primary Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, wiring, motors, and controls
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC drives (up to 480VAC)
- Read electrical diagrams and modify/repair equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and document work
- Support pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic machine‑shop tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
- Other duties as assigned/required
Job Requirements
- Industry‑related electrical experience required
- 4+ years electrical diagnostics experience (PLCs, drives, 480VAC)
- Ability to read diagrams, perform complex electrical/mechanical work
- Advanced troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
- Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75--100 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
