About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specifically within metal stamping and plastic injection molding facilities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and working with production teams to maximize uptime. Candidates who are flexible with shift assignments, including afternoons and nights, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.

  • Diagnose electrical, PLC, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

  • Install, test, and commission electrical components, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Support production by responding quickly to equipment failures.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

  • Document maintenance activities and recommend equipment improvements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience supporting equipment in metal stamping and/or plastic injection molding facilities.

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills on industrial machinery.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control circuits.

  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and controls.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Preferred

  • Journeyman Electrician Card or equivalent electrical certification.

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).

  • Experience with robotics, automation, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.

  • Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.

Schedule

We operate multiple shifts to support our manufacturing operations. Candidates who are flexible with shift assignments, including afternoon and overnight shifts, will receive strong consideration.
