Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Electrical professional ready to transition into an Estimator role with a well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong field experience who is looking to grow into project estimating and preconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, proposals, and project planning
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to gather bid information
- Assist with service calls or troubleshooting when needed
- Support project scheduling, scope development, and cost analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade (residential, commercial, light industrial)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning estimating software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
