Electrician III - Harrah's Laughlin Beach Resort

We're looking for a skilled, reliable Electrician to support the maintenance and operation of major fixed‑asset equipment throughout the property. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work and take pride in keeping systems running at their best, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Caesars Entertainment family.

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of commercial electrical systems preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge of testing equipment such as an ammeter, ohmmeter, voltmeter and testing lamp.
  • Must be able to read blue prints and understand the operation of main switchgear, distribution systems and emergency transfer switches.
  • Must be able to lift 50 to75 lbs.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be safety conscious.
  • Must be able to work as a team player to accomplish the goals of the Engineering Department.
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

  • Must possess and maintain applicable licenses, if required
  • OSHA Certification required
  • Trade certifications preferred

  • Complete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment
  • Maintain working knowledge of property systems
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
  • Electrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)
  • Kitchen and restaurant equipment
  • Mechanical and non‑mechanical systems
  • Compressors, refrigeration units, and air‑conditioning equipment
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service to all guests and team members
