About the Opportunity: The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a high-demand aerospace manufacturing environment. This role requires advanced expertise in 480V delta power systems, industrial controls, and heavy manufacturing equipment including forge systems, heat treat furnaces, and CNC machinery. In addition to technical responsibilities, this position plays a key role in mentoring and developing junior electricians and supporting a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation. This position is critical to maintain operational uptime in a continuous aerospace manufacturing environment. The Journeyman Electrician not only ensures equipment reliability but also helps build the next generation of skilled electrical talent within the facility.
