Preference may be given to candidates with a current Florida journeyman electrician license and commercial and/or industrial experience in the electrical field. Preference may also be given to candidates with verifiable industrial generator maintenance and repair experience.
Minimum four (4) years progressively responsible work experience as an electrician. The successful completion of up to two (2) years of verifiable formal training in the trade (vocational, military, or indentured apprentice school) may be substituted for a like amount of the experience requirement.
