Electrician Journeyman

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and/or residential environments. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, works safely and efficiently, and can lead projects while maintaining professionalism with customers and team members.

Pay

• Based on experience and licensing level

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Install conduit, panels, breakers, lighting, switches, and outlets
• Perform electrical upgrades, remodels, and new construction work
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Supervise apprentices and provide on-the-job training when needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience with commercial and/or residential electrical work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
