    Location: Kent, WA (on-site) Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE Shift: 12 days on / 2 days off — 8-hour shifts (see options below) Type: Full-time, direct hire — union position (Teamsters Local 117)

    About the Role An established industrial wire manufacturer in the Kent, WA area is hiring a Maintenance Electrician to keep production machinery running. You'll install, modify, repair, and program electrical systems and components on industrial equipment. Full-time, direct-hire union role with strong benefits and a team that values safety and quality.

    Shift Options

    • 1st: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
    • 2nd: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
    • 3rd: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

    What You'll Do

    • Install power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment
    • Connect and disconnect power supply wiring
    • Troubleshoot transformers, motors, control boards, and other equipment
    • Replace faulty electrical components
    • Work with coworkers and supervisors to diagnose equipment failures
    • Follow all safety regulations and keep a clean work area

    What You Need

    • Previous experience as a maintenance electrician
    • Experience with PLCs, drives, and up to 480V (no license required)
    • Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
    • Mill or heavy-industrial experience a plus
    • Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs
    • Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
