Applicant must have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and other trades associated with maintenance. The position requires continuous standing, walking, climbing, bending, crouching, push/pulling, carrying, reaching overhead and lifting/lowering of 50+ pounds. The ability to work with others a must. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public.
