What You Will Do
  • Complete residential service calls and installations including generators and transfer switches, EV chargers, panel upgrades, new circuits, breaker work, ceiling fans, and electrical work for tankless water heaters.
  • Document jobs using ServiceTitan on a company tablet.
  • Keep your company van and tools organized and stocked.
  • Provide professional customer service and clear communication with homeowners.
  • Occasionally cover jobs across sister brands in nearby markets.
Who You Are
  • Three (3) or more years of residential electrician or service experience. (Journeyman's license not required.)
  • Comfortable installing generators, chargers, panels, and adding circuits. (Full-house rewires and new-construction framing wiring are not required.)
  • Knowledgeable of NEC code.
  • Familiar with or willing to learn ServiceTitan.
  • Clean background and valid driving record.
  • Professional, punctual, organized, and customer-focused. Bilingual candidates are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly range from $33 to $40 plus commission. (Annual average OTE ranges from $75,000-$100,000)
  • $3,000 Hiring Bonus paid upon start (terms apply).
  • PTO accrual starting day one with two weeks in the first year and up to four weeks over time.
  • Eight paid holidays.
  • Medical and dental--company pays 70% of employees' premiums.
  • Vision is paid by the employee.
  • 401(k) match and tuition and licensing reimbursement, including exam and book payments and licensing bonuses.
  • Company-provided tablet, phone, gas card, and service van.
  • Monday through Friday schedule with first service window around 8 to 9 AM. No routine on-call at present (subject to change).
  • Guaranteed full-time hours, typically 35 to 40 per week even in slow seasons.
