This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial control systems and related electrical and mechanical equipment in a clean, food-safe production environment. You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance, ensure safety and reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is based in an extremely clean, busy, food-safe production facility. The role operates on 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), with training provided on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and effective communication among technicians, leadership, and other mechanics to coordinate repairs and improvements. You will work with industrial electrical and control systems, HVAC and building automation, and various mechanical and utility systems. Steel-toe boots are required, and you will be provided with a white smock to wear on the production floor.
This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $83200.00/yr. Company benefits are provided in a PDF.
