POSITION: TDLR Licensed Electrician

DESCRIPTION:

• Shift: 7 days a week: Mon-Thurs 10 hrs/day, Fri-Sun 8 hrs/day, 6:30 am start
• Review blueprints to determine work details and procedures
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Install 3/4” to 1-1/4” branch conduit, Pull branch wiring, Install electrical boxes, Install fixtures, Complete trim-out and device installation (plug trim-out)
• Maintaining tools, and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order
• Performing tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.
• Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
• Must be able to efficiently bend pipe

PAY:

$23-$40/hr.

• Depending upon experience. 
• Must hold a TDLR Journeyman Electrician License 
• $35-$40 for JM license only

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• 2 years minimum prior experience in the electrical field REQUIRED.
• Current/Active TDLR Journeyman Electrician License REQUIRED.
• Ability to bring a minimum of these tools: Wire snips, Wire Strippers, measuring tape, various screw and nut drivers, electrical tape, zip ties, hammer, Electric Drill.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without

  reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• OSHA-10 Certification is not required, but a plus.
