ELECTRICIAN-JOB DESCRIPTION (School and Medical Buildings)
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale projects, a strong understanding of electrical codes, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings (e.g., offices, retail, warehouses).
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
High School diploma or GED required.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in coordinating project schedules and ensuring adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
