Electrical Journeyman

Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Journeymen in Tulsa to support a growing commercial electrical contractor that is currently turning away work due to high demand. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled electricians looking for long-term stability, with the potential for temp-to-hire placement based on performance.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $30–$45/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Minimal; occasional weekends or emergency call-ins based on project needs

Key Responsibilities
Perform commercial electrical installations and remodel work
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Complete maintenance and service work
Assist with project finish-out tasks
Work primarily on remodels and building conversions, including apartment developments

Qualifications (Required)
Unlimited Electrical License (required for commercial work)
Ability to pass:
7-year background check
10-panel drug screen

Strict adherence to:
Zero tolerance drug policy
Zero tolerance theft policy
Must have reliable transportation (until hired on)

Preferred Experience
Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred
Will also consider newly licensed Electrician and will Train, must be motivated to learn
Experience with:
Car washes
Hotels
Apartment projects

Background in remodel work highly desirable
Open to newly licensed Journeymen who are motivated and eager to learn (training provided)

Technical Work Environment
Work with 120V – 480V electrical systems
Exposure to:
Lifts and ladders
Confined spaces
Indoor and outdoor environments
PLCs and automation handled by ownership

Tools & Equipment
Must provide own transportation initially
Company truck available after hire-on
Work boots required (no tennis shoes)
Additional PPE required per job site

Project Details
Permits and inspections are handled by the company
Work is primarily commercial remodels (not ground-up construction)
Current focus includes downtown Tulsa building conversions
