Job Responsibilities:

As an Electrician, you will:

⚡ Maintain Electrical Systems –Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance onelectrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and otherbuilding infrastructure.

Keep Facilities Running – Performpreventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, controlsystems, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems throughoutCedar Community.

️ Troubleshoot & Repair –Diagnose equipment and building system issues, complete work orders, maintainservice records, and order replacement parts to ensure reliable facilityoperations.

️ Support Facility Improvements – Assist with remodeling projects, equipment installations,renovations, and research for new building systems and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma orequivalent required.

✔ Mechanical, electrical,trade school education, or equivalent experience preferred.

✔ Strong knowledge ofelectrical systems, building maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenancepractices.

✔ Ability to troubleshootand diagnose building systems and equipment.

✔ Valid Wisconsin driver'slicense required.

✔ Knowledge of NationalElectrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
