POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Electricians and Helpers

Pay Range: $22-$27

Location: Raleigh, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: 5 8s+

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install electrical panels, transformers, disconnects, switchboards, and related equipment
• Bend, cut, thread, and install conduit
• Pull wire and perform terminations
• Install light fixtures and electrical devices
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and instructions
• Maintain productivity for Helpers and Mechanics as assigned
• Assist in planning and layout for more experienced Mechanics

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to bend and install conduit
• Working knowledge of NEC and common electrical trade practices
• Ability to identify conductor colors and sizes
• Ability to read electrical prints and instructions
• OSHA 10
• NFPA 70E trained
• Required electrical hand tools
• Reliable transportation

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Strong conduit bending skills for Level 2 candidates
• Experience with electrical distribution equipment
• Ability to coordinate multiple construction documents and resolve installation conflicts

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of relevant commercial electrical experience for Level 1
• 5+ years of relevant electrical experience and advanced skills for Level 2

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work safely and effectively with field team and leadership
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. independently
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Work from lifts and elevated surfaces as needed
