Across warehouses and distribution centers, uptime matters. As our Electro‑Hydraulic Lift Truck Diagnostic Specialist, you’ll deliver mobile service to a defined group of customers in your territory—resolving complex faults, performing scheduled contract maintenance, and ensuring every visit strengthens safety and trust.
How you’ll contribute
Identify and correct mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns following industry standards and profitability goals.
Execute preventive maintenance for contracted customers; note and report any unsafe conditions.
Operate and test material handling equipment to validate repairs.
Maintain precise ERP records, including internal/external road and shop billing.
Uphold brand standards and assist with aftermarket product sales.
Manage van tooling and parts inventory to support first‑visit fixes.
Advance your skills through RNJ‑scheduled training on the latest repair technology.
When you’ll work
Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with a half hour lunch period. Overtime may be required to maintain the current workload.
What you’ll need
Core aptitude in mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics.
A valid driver’s license with a clear history.
Proficiency with specialized mechanical tools and standard hand tools.
Ability to use electronic diagnostic devices and complete electronic paperwork to company guidelines.
Comfort operating a range of material handling equipment.
Safe use of designated chemicals and cleaners.
Computer literacy in Windows.
Professional appearance and full company uniform, including safety boots.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: College or technical school degree/certificate; or 1 year of related experience/training; or an equivalent mix.
Language: Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Math: Perform basic computations with accuracy.
Physical: Work from standing, kneeling, bending, and lying positions; regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
