Electro Mechanic

Do you have the electrical skills of a licensed electrician with solid mechanical know-how? We’re hiring an Electro-Mechanic to support our dynamic production environment in Belcamp, MD. This is a hands-on role troubleshooting and maintaining high-tech industrial machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.

Schedule: 3rd shift M-F / 11P-7A with overtime based on business needs

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, electrical systems, motors, relays, control circuits, and pneumatic tools.
• Install and repair electrical and electronic components using diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and test equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and support automated systems across the plant.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Lead upgrades and improvements to plant-wide electrical systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform complex wiring, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation of equipment repairs.

What You Bring:

• Proven electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude — comfortable with conveyors, motors, pneumatic systems, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with PLCs and automation systems is a major plus.
• Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety.
