Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking an Electro-Mechanic to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanic

Location: Kenosha

Pay Range: $40.00 - $47.00

Shift: 1st (6:30am - 2:30pm)

What's the Job?

  • Support daily production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on process machinery, including equipment up to 480VAC.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Read and interpret ladder diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Operate equipment such as mag drills, pipe threaders, multimeters, and forklifts safely and effectively.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a maintenance-related apprenticeship or an associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of documented experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair.
  • Ability to perform electrical work on equipment up to 480VAC and mechanical repairs on various machinery.
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management software and safety procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good standing MVR record.
