We are seeking Electro Mechanical Assemblers for Clearwater and Tampa, FL locations, offering both 1st and 2nd shift temp-to-hire opportunities with excellent benefits.
Salary Range: $55k-$78k
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble cables and harnesses from scratch using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Perform wire cutting, crimping, soldering, and assembly of subcomponents with precision.
- Assemble electrical/electronic systems, install components, wiring, and support structures.
- Inspect wiring installations and assemblies for quality.
- Maintain an organized workspace and conduct in-process inspections.
- Utilize tools and software, including Microsoft Access, for production tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of electronic assembly experience, including wiring, cable harnessing, and soldering.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
