What You'll Do
As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
• Following detailed work orders and assembly instructions to ensure proper construction of components.
• Performing repetitive assembly tasks of electrical and mechanical parts with precision and consistency.
• Organizing and maintaining your workstation for efficient workflow, ensuring materials are ready for use.
• Using basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and sonic welding tools to wire, solder, and align small parts accurately.
• Labeling and preparing finished products for subsequent production steps, maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, support safety protocols, and meet production goals.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related repetitive work (any industry welcome).
• Comfort handling small parts, using basic tools, and working with chemicals like acetone and Loctite.
• Good color recognition skills to identify wire colors accurately.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic - committed team members thrive here.
• Mechanical, electrical, or soldering experience is a plus, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
