ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Durham NC 27703 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $18.20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will support the production and integration of automated pharmacy equipment. This role focuses on electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assembly integration, testing, inspection, and equipment support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience in the following environments are highly encouraged to apply:

• • Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
  • Manufacturing or assembly line production
  • Automotive manufacturing or engine assembly
  • High-volume production environments

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical sub-assemblies into larger equipment builds
• Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
• Operate, troubleshoot, and support production equipment
• Conduct quality inspections according to established specifications
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Use basic measurement tools and perform routine documentation
• Support team production goals and adapt to changing production needs

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
