Job Title:Assembler
Job Type:Full time; Consultant(6* months - possible temp to perm*)
Location:Everett, WA
Schedule:Monday to Friday; First Shift5AM-1:30PM(30 minute lunch)
Pay Rate:$29.00 to $32.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Electro-Mechanical Assembler **to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities- Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes and product designs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
3 years of TESTING & ASSEMBLY experience.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
