At Elma Electronic, we design and manufacture high-performance electronic systems that support critical applications across industries such as defense, aerospace, and industrial technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Fremont, CA as we prepare for upcoming production ramp-up and key program implementation.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanical components and systems, following established specifications and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, including panels, chassis, enclosures, and cabinets
- Fit and align parts to ensure proper mechanical function and performance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies
- Install interconnect wiring and assemblies into enclosures as needed
- Perform testing and calibration of assemblies to meet product specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet production schedules and quality standards
What You Bring- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment
- Ability to use standard assembly tools and measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow technical documents and drawings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
Work Environment- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) and handling of materials
- Use of tools and equipment requiring manual dexterity and precision
Compensation- Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
