Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a defense and aerospace manufacturing team based in Moorpark, CA.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively to complete hardware assembly, adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, and accurately documenting work and material traceability. The role involves assembling complex sub-assemblies using hand tools, working with small detailed components, and performing mechanical/electrical testing. Experience with microscopes, soldering (J-STD/NASA), and cleanroom environments is a plus.
Requirements: minimum 5 years hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience, ability to read measurement tools, and strong communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various physical positions.
