This role is for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Solderer) based in Moorpark, CA, reporting to a Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities include working as part of a team to complete assembly tasks, following all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, and accurately documenting work and material traceability. The position involves assembling complex components using hand tools and automatic equipment, often requiring the use of a microscope, and performing mechanical and electrical testing.
Requirements include at least 5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience, certified soldering skills per J-STD/NASA standards, ability to work with detailed small components, and good communication skills. Experience in cleanroom environments and working with measuring tools is a plus.
