As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, youll be responsible for: You will follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions, perform hands-on repetitive assembly of electrical and mechanical components, organize your workstation and keep materials ready to go, wire, solder, and align small parts with precision, use basic tools and sonic welding equipment to seal enclosures, label and prepare completed parts for the next step in production, and work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience in assembly, production, or repetitive work (any industry).
Comfortable working with small parts, tools, and chemicals like acetone or Loctite.
Good color recognition (youll work with various wire colors).
Reliable and consistent we count on you to show up ready to go every day.
Soldering or mechanical/electrical experience is a plus (well train the right person!).
Strong attention to detail
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Basic math skills required no diploma needed if youve got the skills!
