Electro Mechanical Assembler

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level 3
Location: Twinsburg, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire custom electrical control cabinets and panel systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform wiring, crimping, termination, routing, labeling, and component installation.
• Execute mechanical assembly and cabinet modifications.
• Support prototype and engineered-to-order (ETO) manufacturing projects.
• Work independently from technical documentation while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical panel assembly or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (required).
• Experience with electrical cabinet and control panel assembly.
• Hands-on experience using drills, crimpers, torque wrenches, and measuring tools.
• Wire preparation, termination, and routing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Engineered-to-Order (ETO) products.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
• Associate degree or technical training.
