Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is responsible for modifying, repairing, and improving existing electronic products, equipment, and control systems, while also assisting in the development of new or updated electronic components and systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong soldering experience and the ability to work with small, precision parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Modify, repair, and improve existing electronic products and systems
- Assist in the development of new or upgraded electronic components and assemblies
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly and disassembly of products
- Work with precision components and small parts
- Complete high-volume soldering tasks (non-circuit board work)
- Maintain quality standards and follow technical specifications
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in soldering (required) - candidates will complete a soldering test during the interview
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with small parts
- Good electro-mechanical aptitude for assembling and disassembling electronic products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a professional and confident work style
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree in Electronics (required)
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
