Job Description
We are hiring multiple motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our manufacturing client in the Northbridge, MA area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where you can build a stable and rewarding career. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will support production by assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting high-quality products.
We welcome candidates with 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly and wire assembly
- Conduct quality control inspection and basic testing of completed units
- Perform hand soldering and assembly using cup, stack, and hook soldering techniques
- Use basic hand tools such as crimpers and wire tools
- Follow diagrams, schematics, and written work instructions
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
- No PCB board work
- No wave soldering
- Focus is on wire assembly, soldering, QC, and testing
- 1+ years of assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and written instructions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
