We are hiring multiple motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our manufacturing client in the Northbridge, MA area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where you can build a stable and rewarding career. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will support production by assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting high-quality products.

We welcome candidates with 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly and wire assembly
  • Conduct quality control inspection and basic testing of completed units
  • Perform hand soldering and assembly using cup, stack, and hook soldering techniques
  • Use basic hand tools such as crimpers and wire tools
  • Follow diagrams, schematics, and written work instructions
  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
Important Notes
  • No PCB board work
  • No wave soldering
  • Focus is on wire assembly, soldering, QC, and testing
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experience 
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and written instructions
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  Pay: $20–$21/hour depending on experience
