What a day could look like

You’ll select a specialty track and collaborate with teammates and engineers, follow drawings and travelers, verify quality, and record your progress—always with a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Mechanical Assembly — build the backbone

  • Assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, and more)
  • Pressure-test valves and related components
  • Read and apply blueprints and assembly drawings
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and audit-ready
  • Record progress in production logs/travelers
  • Follow safety procedures and contribute ideas to continuous improvement

What helps you succeed (Mechanical):

  • Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and using measuring tools
  • Sharp attention to detail and quality
  • Works well independently and with a team
  • Basic computer/tablet skills

Electrical Assembly — wire the intelligence

  • Assemble and wire components using crimpers, soldering irons, and common hand tools
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Perform basic equipment upkeep and ensure safe operation
  • Maintain accurate production logs
  • Keep a tidy, organized station

What helps you succeed (Electrical):

  • Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or similar roles (1+ year preferred)
  • Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
  • Quality- and efficiency-minded
  • Comfortable in active environments (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, confined spaces)
  • Collaborates well and can work independently

Refrigeration Assembly — control the climate

  • Assemble refrigeration systems using pipe cutters, pipe benders, and welding/soldering equipment
  • Conduct pressure and leak tests
  • Interpret technical drawings and assembly sketches
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, orderly environment

What helps you succeed (Refrigeration):

  • Experience assembling refrigeration or HVAC systems preferred
  • Hands-on with copper fittings and soldering
  • Able to read drawings and use measuring tools
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
  • High standards for detail and workmanship

Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
