About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to support core manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work hands-on with mechanical and electronic assemblies, performing build, alignment, inspection, and test processes following engineering procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, inspect, debug, and align medium-to-complex electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Utilize mechanical measurement tools to collect data and ensure all parts meet exact specifications.
Fabricate and prep parts for electronic and mechanical assemblies, following written and verbal engineering procedures.
Conduct production testing on equipment and generate detailed final inspection reports.
Maintain inventory familiarity with materials, tooling, test equipment, and process instructions.
Uphold strict safety, quality, and clean-room/manufacturing environment standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Ability: Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical prints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Skillset: Strong mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift up to 35 lbs as required by assembly and material handling duties.
Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with electronic cabling and hand-soldering techniques is a strong plus.
Work Style: Self-directed, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
