We are looking for an experienced Electro-mechanical Assembly Technician with attention to detail and a passion for high quality work to build our industrial processing equipment. The person in this role will join our skilled technical staff and will be required to work on-site Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm. This position is hands-on, and requires a self starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Build high-quality capital processing equipment to include: sanitary plumbing, motorized fluid and vacuum pumps, temperature controllers, wiring harnesses with soldered or crimped connections, and electrical control panels.
Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings as well as electrical and piping schematics.
Provide attention to detail and follow all Quality Control requirements and checks so that all equipment that leaves the facility meets the high standards our customers have come to expect.
Follow SOPs to properly document manufacturing orders within the companies ERP system to ensure proper accounting for serialized and non-serialized inventory usage.
Keep the work area clean and all tools and supplies organized.
Ensure work is done safely and follows all OSHA and other safety standards.
Create, follow and help maintain Work Instructions (SOPs) related to Assembly and Build Procedures.
Knowledge and skill with industrial tools including water-jet cutter, saws, drills, wire strippers, soldering equipment, crimpers, grinders, plasma cutters, engraving tools, labeling tools, multimeters, and other basic hand tools.
Work and coordinate with other members of the team to help maximize productivity and efficiency.
Take on additional duties as needed by the team.
Requirements:
High School diploma, associate’s degree, or trade school preferred.
3-7 years of relevant work experience required, panel building experience highly desired.
Strong computer skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to collaborate and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
