Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Electronic and Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our prosthetics manufacturing team. In this function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microprocessor Controlled Hydraulic Knee and Foot prosthetics. Your primary focus will be the manufacturing of circuit board assemblies and wire harnesses. This will entail the soldering of wires to surface mount and through hole points, as well as other tasks needed to create the circuitry. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed specifications.
The hours are Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM. Perhaps occasional Saturdays for about 6 hours.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Electronic assembly experience required. Comparable activities include Audio Equipment installation, Home Networking and PC building.
Strong understanding of soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount, is preferred
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and precision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
