Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist – High-Volume Manufacturing

What you’ll do

• Keep production assets running across conveyor systems, palletizers, cappers/fillers, trim lines, blow molding, and pelletizer machines
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues: 120/208/240/480V systems, high-voltage distribution, 3-phase motors, and control circuits
• Troubleshoot and service PLCs (Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and servo motors
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with teammates to prioritize work orders and share best practices

Pay, Shift, Benefits

• Pay: $30–$33 per hour based on experience, paid weekly
• Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm
• Status: Full-time

What you’ll need to succeed

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven skill with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control circuits
• Ability to work safely with 480V and 3-phase power
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with Keyence Vision or comparable camera systems
• Team-first mindset
