Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Step Into a Day on the Floor

You arrive to a humming production line and jump right into supporting operators, clearing equipment faults, and keeping machines at peak performance. One hour you’re tracing a 24V–480V circuit on a schematic; the next, you’re swapping a sensor, dialing in a VFD, or isolating a pneumatic leak. You prioritize multiple calls, communicate clearly with production, and bring equipment back online—safely and fast.

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues across production equipment
• Respond quickly to production calls and resolve equipment downtime
• Execute preventive maintenance while tackling reactive/urgent work as needed
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, controls, pneumatics, and related systems
• Read and apply electrical schematics and machine diagrams to solve problems
• Partner with operators and production teams to identify root causes and fixes
• Balance competing maintenance priorities and work through complex challenges
