Imagine stepping into a facility humming with advanced automation, precision tooling, and smart systems. As our Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technologist, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping sophisticated machines tuned, safe, and ready to build quality furniture for homes nationwide.

What a Day Could Look Like

  • Diagnose and resolve issues on electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated equipment to sustain peak throughput.
  • Partner closely with maintenance teammates and engineers to install, commission, and evaluate electromechanical systems that power our production lines.
  • Pinpoint faults and repair CNC machinery, PLCs, motor control systems, and mechanical assemblies with accuracy and care.
  • Work confidently with three-phase power and a range of control voltages while applying rigorous safety practices.
  • Leverage shop tools along with testing and metrology instruments to maintain and restore control systems.
  • Spot opportunities for reliability and performance gains—and lead improvements that stick.
  • Champion OSHA and company safety procedures to protect yourself and your team.
  • Balance independent problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrate our Core Values in every decision and deliver top-tier technical workmanship.

What You Bring

  • Degree or certification in electro-mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting expertise with CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical sub-systems.
  • Solid understanding of three-phase power and diverse control voltage standards.
  • Proficiency with shop tools plus diagnostic and measurement equipment for electro-mechanical work.
  • Analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving for complex technical challenges.
  • Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based control systems.
