Were looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Mechanic/Technician to help keep our plastics manufacturing operation running smoothly. If youre skilled at troubleshooting machinery and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and tooling changeovers
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Work with PLCs, motors, drives, gearboxes, relays, and solenoids
Support robots, palletizers, case erectors, and thermoforming equipment
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
Use hand and power tools to repair or modify equipment
Follow all GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
??? Qualifications
2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and automated equipment
Thermoforming or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
