    As an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician, you’ll keep a world-class manufacturing operation running at its best.     A Day in Your 3rd-Shift World

    At 6:00 PM, you start your round: review the CMMS for priority work orders, survey production lines, and listen for the telltale signs of wear in pumps, boilers, and chillers. You isolate issues safely using lockout/tagout, troubleshoot electrical faults across 120/208/240/480 VAC systems, swap a failing component, and bring a critical asset back online. Before sunrise, you’ve documented your work, collaborated on a root-cause fix, and queued up preventive tasks that reduce tomorrow’s downtime.

    Schedule

    • 3rd shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
    • 2-2-3 rotating pattern with built-in overtime potential
    • Training: 1st shift for approximately 4–6 months

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Keep production and utility assets operating through mechanical and electrical maintenance
    • Diagnose and repair pumps, boilers, chillers, hydraulics, and other industrial systems
    • Execute preventive maintenance via CMMS to drive uptime and equipment life
    • Assist with installing and commissioning new machinery within your skill set
    • Complete accurate logs, documentation, and work orders
    • Follow rigorous safety practices, including LOTO
    • Partner with teammates and leaders to troubleshoot, improve, and standardize processes
    • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts when required

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical aptitude
    • 3+ years of hands-on electrical work
    • Experience with pumps and related industrial systems
    • Comfort with CMMS-driven preventive programs
    • Team-first approach, solid work ethic, and eagerness to learn

    Nice-to-Have Extras

    • Background in pipefitting, machining, or metal fabrication
    • Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls
    • Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits
    • Refrigeration certification

    Physical Demands & Environment

    • Lift up to 50 lbs. independently (and 100+ lbs. with assistance)
    • Comfort working at height, on ladders, and around active industrial equipment
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
    • Industrial setting with PPE and strict safety standards
