Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic electrical knowledge is helpful but not required
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical problems
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems, including 24V and 120V circuits
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and equipment manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment in a production environment
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season

Job Duties:

• Help with preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• Repair and maintain lasers, UV printers, engraving equipment, embroidery machines, conveyors, and other production equipment
• Assist with replacing motors, sensors, switches, relays, and other electrical components
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
